About BB Mongolian BBQ

BB Mongolian BBQ is a mongolian bbq in Cypress, California. It is listed at 5930 Corporate Ave, Cypress, CA 90630, which places it among the local businesses of Cypress that residents and visitors turn to when they need this kind of service close by.

Portion sizes and pricing swing widely across this group, from a $10 lunch bowl to a multi-course tasting menu at an upscale sushi counter, so checking recent reviews and photos is more useful than the price range alone. In Cypress, dinner reservations for popular izakaya, hot pot and Korean BBQ spots fill up on Friday and Saturday nights, so booking ahead or arriving at opening is worth it. Many restaurants across California run daily lunch specials on weekdays that are not listed on the dinner menu, so it is worth asking. Halal, vegetarian and gluten-free options vary a lot by kitchen; call ahead if you have a dietary restriction rather than assuming the menu will note it.

Hours are published for 7 days a week. Typical hours are 11 amโ€“9 pm. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (714) 952-9234. I've been to a lot of Mongolian BBQ places around Orange County, and this is one of the few that I'd l'd be sad to see disappear. The staff was incredibly friendly from the moment I walked in. The man working there even helped me build my bowl, and when I handed it to him, he actually told me I didn't have enough vegetables and sent me back to add more. I appreciated that he cared more about making sure I got a good meal than rushing me through. I also really like that they serve the beef on the side instead of making you fit all the meat into your bowl. I know some reviews mention the portions may have gotten smaller over the years, but it's still one of the only Mongolian BBQ spots I've found in the LA area that does it this way, and I much prefer it. The food was delicious, everything was cooked well, and the service made the experience even better. My only suggestion would be to offer lemon wedges or lemon juice on the side so customers can squeeze some over their finished bowl. Other than that, I'd definitely come back and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great Mongolian BBQ spot.

Delicious food, it always hits the spot after a long day at drill. It's a good introduction into Mongolian BBQ with simple options. Can get crowded at lunch but that's cause it's so good.

I love Mongolian BBQ because I get to pick everything myself, from the veggies to how much pasta I want, and the sauces always come together really well. The place was clean, but it is definitely more set up for takeout than dining in. We stayed and ate, so the service felt a little limited, but it was still fine. The slushies were good too, I got the pina colada and it tasted a little artificial, but still good. I would have given this place 5 stars because the dish overall was really good, but the meat threw me off. It had a sandy texture that I couldnโ€™t get past. I donโ€™t think it was spoiled, just something about the cut or preparation, but texture matters and I ended up not eating it. That is one of those autism things for me where texture can ruin an otherwise good meal. I would still go back, just probably skip the meat next time.

Great food, love the employees attitude. (Photos are from 3 different visits) The prices are a bit high (even more so due to how much I tend to get), but then again it's the same for lots of places nowadays that aren't massive companies or chains. Come here as much as my wallet allows as it tastes better and is better for you than most other food options I have when I have zero time to shop and cook. Only real complaint is one of my own making, due to me getting the 2 meat option and a second bowl while filling both bowls to almost spilling, it doesn't all fit in 1 of their takeout containers without some juice and oil spilling out the side on the ride home. As I said it is of my own doing, just wanted to warn in advanced others who might try the same Only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars is the 3 stars I gave the atmosphere, not much you can do atmosphere wise with such a small storefront. Their food though is worth it in my opinion.
